根据独立专家的报道，安全专家指出，马来西亚航空MH-370航班有意被扎哈里·阿马德·沙阿（Zaharie Amad Shah）上尉撞倒。这架飞机驶离了航线，并在燃油用完时撞到了澳大利亚西部。在2017年1月，对飞机的水下搜查已停产。
